Registrations for Term 2 winter coaching are now OPEN!

We strongly encourage our SHTC juniors to keep playing & taking coaching all year around, so they keep progressing while looking ahead to next season.

All group coaching in Terms 2 and 3 is on a user-pay basis (not included with your club membership) so if your child was attending coaching throughout the summer, then he/she is a Junior member (club members get 20% discount off).

NOTE: All coaching groups will run for 9 consecutive weeks, starting from the week of April 20th

During Winter Terms 2 and 3, there is no Junior club night on Fridays

COACHING SCHEDULE

Hotshots groups (Red A/B combined, Orange and Green)

(Coaches running the sessions: Gabriel on Monday afternoon & Saturday morning. Santiago on Wednesday afternoon)

WEEKDAY OPTIONS:

Monday Red A/B combined, 4.15pm (1hr)

Wednesday Orange, 3.20pm

Wednesday Green, 4.20pm

*Some group times need to start earlier than in the summer, due to a lack of sunlight until later on (SHTC doesn’t have floodlights).

WEEKEND OPTIONS:

Saturday Red A/B combined, 9am (1hr)

Saturday Orange, 10am

Saturday Green, 11am

*Groups start slightly later than in the summer terms

If your child was attending Tuesdays 3.45pm during the summer, NEW coaching time is 4.45pm

If your child was attending: 4.45pm OR 5.45pm during the summer, NEW coaching time is 5.45pm (only)

If your child was attending 6.45pm, same coaching time

If your child was attending Monday 5.15pm, please get in touch with Gabriel and he'll advise which is the most suitable coaching slot on Tuesdays.

ALL COACHING FOR THESE GROUPS WILL TAKE PLACE AT KORU TENNIS CLUB (5 mins drive from Sunnyhills TC, corner of Blyton Lane & Gossamer Drive, Pakuranga Heights)

COACHING SCHEDULE - Social/Non-competitive group

We'll have a combined coaching group in Term 2 for both Thursday 4pm & 5pm players with the new time of Thursdays 4.15pm (at Sunnyhills tennis club).

 If any group doesn't have the minimum number of players signed up we will contact parents before the first lesson, in term 2. Otherwise assume is ON

 The last (10th) week of the term is ONLY for any make up classes, in case we have to cancel due to weather and any unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds are provided and the coach reserves the right to determine on a case-by-case basis, whether a credit towards T3 is applicable.

If we need to cancel any sessions due to weather, we'll contact parents by SMS, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to do this to all parents, as soon as we know any class can't go ahead due to rain etc.

Final decision on which group any player is allocated to is at the sole discretion of the coach and will be based on a player's ability, frequency of play, total sign-ups per group etc.

By enrolling into our tennis program, we reserve the right to use any photos or videos, only and exclusively, for the club's social media and newsletter purposes related to the club. Please advise via email if you do not agree with this.
